Jeff and Madison Wayne are a father-daughter team with extensive backgrounds in business planning, marketing, advertising and operations. The Wayne family has formed 24 companies from one-man start-ups to publicly traded companies with hundreds of millions in sales.

Jeff owned and operated a successful healthcare business for 23 years specializing in chronic back and neck pain treatment. Later, Jeff launched multiple indoor cycling franchise studios and served as chairman of the national Franchise Advisory Council for two years. Most recently, Jeff launched a financial services company specializing in getting small businesses pandemic relief through the Employee Retention Tax Credit.

Madison Wayne has a passion for marketing and sales. She was the In-Arena Host for the Detroit Pistons and was the official host of the Cleveland Cavaliers Fan Fest and Watch Party for the 2018 NBA Playoffs and Finals. Madison has also worked directly with the Boston Bruins, New York Yankees, Triple A All-Star Baseball Game and the University of Notre Dame. In addition, she traveled the country as a spokeswoman for Stellantis representing the company’s newest and hottest automobiles. Currently, Madison worked as the In-Arena Host for the Arizona Coyotes and responsible for executing promotional elements including on-ice contests, and in-crowd moments while displaying a strong on-camera presence. Madison is also the owner of two companies in Arizona - a luxury concierge service company that takes away the burden of planning trips for all travel and events, and a transportation company – Scottsdale’s first and only open air party bus experience!
